What we collect on this website

• Sign-up and contact requests. The clinic or company name, your name, your email address, the plan you are interested in and your message are emailed to our team so we can set up your account or reply. We keep these emails for as long as we work with you.
• Usage analytics. With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 and a Google Ads conversion tag to understand how the site is used and how our advertising performs. Without consent these run in cookieless mode and no identifier is stored on your device. See the cookies policy and "Cookie settings" in the footer.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and to keep the service running; sign-in attempts to the dashboard are rate-limited by IP.

The VetDeck dashboard

Client, patient and record data your clinic enters into the VetDeck dashboard belongs to your clinic. It is stored on our servers, isolated per clinic account, backed up, and is never used for advertising or shared with other clinics. Clinic administrators control who on their team can access it.

Our website may link to external sites that are not operated by us. Please be aware that we have no control over the content and practices of these sites, and cannot accept responsibility or liability for their respective privacy policies.

You are free to refuse our request for your personal information, with the understanding that we may be unable to provide you with some of your desired services.
